Funny enough (or NOT) my D-Link AirPlus DWL-G520 Wireless PCI Adapter(rev.B) was listed as compatible when I ran the Windows 7 upgrade advisor. I actually could not even install Windows 7 with the card installed in the computer. Installation hung, or I got BSOD's until I ripped the card out of my computer and tried reinstalling.
After getting Windows 7 up and running I tried to put it back in and install it. There was actually a driver for it in Windows update, but it doesn't work.
I get this message: This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31) I also tried to manually change to another (Vista 64) driver that I downloaded from D-link, but to no avail. Nothing works. Any solutions? Anyone with the same experience?
